
WIESBADEN – As announced by the Federal Returning Officer, Mr. Johann Hahlen, the second meeting of the Federal Electoral Committee in preparation of the elections to the 16th German Bundestag will take place in the German Bundestag building (Anhörungssaal) in Berlin, Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (entrance in Adele-Schreiber-Krieger-Str. 1), room 3.101, on Thursday, 25 August 2005 at 9.00 a.m. GMT. In this meeting, a decision will be made among other things on the complaints of the following parties because their land lists in the given Länder have not been admitted:

Important notes:
The meeting of the Federal Electoral Committee will be held in public. Those interested in observing the meeting will, however, have to pass security checks before entering the Bundestag buildings and have to show their identity cards.
