Death of a voter

The votes of a voter who participated in the postal ballot shall note be invalid if he or she dies before or on election day.

Bundestag election: Section 39 (5) of the Federal Elections Act (BWG)
European election: Section 4 of the European Elections Act (EuWG) in conjunction with Section 39 (5) of the Federal Elections Act (BWG)
