Polling booth

The polling booth must be set up by the municipal authority in such a way as to enable the voter to mark and fold the ballot paper in it without being observed.

A writing implement is to be laid out in the polling booth.

The electoral board shall take care to ensure that only one voter is in the polling booth at any time. Taking children into the polling booth is unobjectionable only if they are very small. An exception can be made only if a voter is unable to read or prevented from marking or folding the ballot paper due to a physical limitation.
