3rd meeting of the Federal Electoral Committee on 9 October 2013

As announced by the Federal Returning Officer, Roderich Egeler, the third meeting of the Federal Electoral Committee regarding this year’s Bundestag election will be held in the German Bundestag in Berlin, Paul-Löbe building – to be entered from Paul-Löbe-Allee (opposite the Reichstag building, north entrance), room PLH 4.900 (Europasaal), on Wednesday, 9 October 2013 at 11:00 a.m.

At that meeting, the Federal Electoral Committee will determine the official final result of the election to the 18th German Bundestag of 22 September 2013 in accordance with Section 42 (2) of the Federal Elections Act in conjunction with Section 78 of the Federal Electoral Regulations.

Important notes:

The meeting of the Federal Electoral Committee will be held in public. Visitors will have to pass security checks before entering the Bundestag buildings and have to show their identity cards.
