Structural data for towns not attached to an administrative district and for rural districts

The structural data for the constituencies of the 19th German Bundestag include data on the area and population, national accounts of the Länder, people seeking protection according to Central Register of Foreigners, construction activity and housing,  stock of motor vehicles, school leavers by type of termination, children’s day care, business register, employees subject to social insurance contributions, recipients of unemployment benefit and of social allowance and unemployment rates. The raw data for the structural constituency data are predominantly from the Regional Database Deutschland, a joint publication of the Federal Statistical Office and the statistical offices of the Länder.

The raw data on employees subject to social insurance contributions, recipients of unemployment benefit and of social allowance and unemployment rates were made available to us by the Federal Employment Agency (© Bundesagentur für Arbeit).

The results per 1,000 inhabitants were based on the population figures as at 31.12.2017, the data on the national accounts of the Länder and the business register refers to the average population in 2016.
